A mod that makes all, or at least most, of the peds to be hostile and armed. Im looking for more suprise shootouts in LCPDFR lol. Also, is there a way to make the chopper side door gunners spawn with the sniper rifle instead of the M4?

I've seen one mod on GTA4-mods that turned LC into massive gang wars arena. And I don't think that the second thing is possible (I'd like it too, anyway).

There is the PPM cheat. Go into your police computer, type ppm and then search. every ped instantly becomes armed and all hell breaks loose very quickly.

I tried it, but it crashes my LCPDFR. Well, it's not a big deal for me, as everything else works great.

Yes, I've tried it. There are no call outs for it, the peds just start attacking everything that moves with pistols, uzi's, M4's, RPGs, grenades, etc.

Yeah. It spawned a random ped in the police station with an RPG. On the map he is marked with a purple waypoint. Other than that, boring as usual. I dont get it.
