I have a quick question? Is there any other app to mod cars other than zmodler 3? I cant really afford to pay for that right now. Thank you!

    As far as I know, only zmodeler allows exporting to a format that GTA can use. You can in theory use any other 3D modeling program, but you need zmodeler for that final export.
