I tried both. still nothing. any other options? I appreciate the help so far.

To my knowledge I am up to date on everything here are the screenshots of everything. I have a new copy of GTA V installed, and nothing else except lspdfr and scripthook

I dont have antivirus active on my computer to my knowledge. I disabled it. I have played LSPDFR for years and have never experienced this. I deleted GTA off my computer and redownloaded a fresh copy. I installed just LSPDFR and Scripthook V. No change. It still refses to hook. RPH starts like normal and makes GTA V start. GTA will open and is playable but rage just says "Launching GTA V from steam" but doesn't actually do anything. I legit have no idea why?

I haven't played LSPDFR in a while, and I tried to play it today. I updated everything.(GTAV, ScripthookV, and RPH) but when I tried to launch the game through the RPH button everything went as normal. RPH launched, GTAV launched, but once the game loaded RPH did not hook. it just says "launching game through steam". GTAV loaded all the way but LSPDFR did not. I'm just confused since RPH is opening the game. It just stays loading indefinetly in the background while the game actually launches.

Everytime I play LSPDFR I keep getting in pursuits without initiating anything. I can be driving down the road or chilling on the side of the road and a random car will pass and suddenly my game says I'm in a pursuit( i'm not even on a traffic stop or a callout). is this a lspdfr callout or is it a plugin I've installed? I really want the random pursuits to stop. I attached a photo of every plugin in my plugin/lspdfr folder. thanks in advance!

I was wondering if someone would be able to create a mod for a panic button that doesn't need the police radio. I think Police radio makes my game crash so i don't have it installed but i want a panic button. I don't think there is a mod for one by itself. Thanks in advance
