The only way LCPDFR will install on my pc is by unclicking the taser on installment. My gta is on steam, so I was wondering if there is anyway I can still get the taser and install lcpdfr or if steam installed gta users could not have the taser ?

    The problem occurs with both Steam and Disc-version players. Windows defaults to leaving all files under Program Files as read-only, even after being set as not read-only. For some people, it just doesn't seem to work, even after following the videos and doing everything exactly.
