Do you recommend any car mod installers ?

Okay, I tried using a vehicle mod installer it says it cannot find american.gxt i tried running the diagnostics tool and it scannot detect GTA 4??????? I installed a fresh gta4 in steam today

The only way LCPDFR will install on my pc is by unclicking the taser on installment. My gta is on steam, so I was wondering if there is anyway I can still get the taser and install lcpdfr or if steam installed gta users could not have the taser ?

I do a traffic stop and ask the driver for their I.D. I get back into my cruiser opening the computer and search their name and it never finds anybodys name or anything in the computer??? so I logout and try to go back to their car and i cannot do anything or interact with the person at all after that??????

Okay, well I have LCPD .95 installed i start the game and press alt+P and it does nothing????

Yes i have gta IV on steam

I've done that and it still does this

I'm sorry to be a pest, I installed updatetitle but when i try to install titleupdate.msi it keeps saying it failed????

I cannot find the patch to make the LCPD work, I have looked everywhere! Does anyoen know where I can find the patch to get LCPD to work?
