The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've been playing GTA on Xbox one for a good while now, but after seeing a LSPDFR video on youtube, had to purchase the game on PC. I just downloaded everything. I go to the rage plugin. It loads the game, but then when I click on story mode on the main screen it takes me into the normal game. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I pretty much bought a new computer just to be able to play this game.

You need to run RAGEPluginHook.exe to launch the game (you can also run it after spawning into story mode).
