So I tried running rage few moments ago but it wont start. then a windows defender message pops up. I click on it and it says that ragepluginhook is a threat. so I had to remove it. but I reinstalled and it still says it is a threat. What should I do ? [ I cant play LSPDFR ]

Adding to that. I cant install rageplugin hook due to windows defender saying that it contains a virus/threat on my computer, What should I do?

You'll have to add an exception for RPH, or you'll have to disable anti-virus software. Consult the Windows Defender documentation.
