Hi to all.

I have a very annoying problem and hope you can help me.

I have GTA 1.0.7.0 and LCPDFR RC2-R2, and have modded cars too (vehicles.img=120Mb, not a big deal). So, with modded cars we need to fix some things in the traffic, so i've tried with every kind of traffic fixes and commandlines, but i always get the same problem: missing textures.

Officers, this is very very annoying, i just can't play in any way because of that bug, even none of the cars that i've added are bigger than 3mb and even on the lowest settings, i have a high-end pc, i give it a clean every week inside and outside and inside the software, got drivers on date every time, i don't have any kind of weird programs at all, and i see on youtube videos and in some pictures around here that people have the same game as me, with more or less heavy modded vehicles and also LCPDFR, but all i can see is that they can play normally, without problem. So please please please, help me on this one by telling me what can i do, its getting me very sad that i can't play with happiness my favourite game being a cop that is my biggest dream :(

PD I can actually play any other game without problems (very good) like Mafia II, CoD MW3, BF3, etc, and here you got my PC specs:

I'm not sure how much the taxi-bug has to do with hardware, more the way the game was optimised it just uses taxis to compensate for a load that it wasn't optimised/designed to experience.

Exactly what traffic mods have you tried?

I've used trafficload.asi, realtraffic spawn 1.02 /1.01, traffic control system, realtraffic.asi, traffic flow v3,v4 and v5, and each one gives me the same problem

Hm well I guess the texture glitch would have more to do with hardware but yours doesn't seem too bad. You're definitely installing each of these traffic mods correctly? What is your resource usage at if you go to the Graphics options ingame?

Listen, i don't know if this has something to do with my problem but i've installed a modification wich changes the billboards and advertisements in all the cities for real ones. Before and after doing that, i was having the same bug.

No it's not too bad i guess, i can play any other game with high setting without any problems, i keep up to date all my drivers.

And the resource usage says 365 MB / of 1945MB (Without the commandline 1945 says 945MB)

Oh and yes, i follow every step to install them (im not new on this but to ensure that it's ok i do that) i put every file it says right where it says

365MB seems really low. I know it sounds odd but what if you up your graphics settings to around 700/800MB usage?

I dont understand you man, those 365 means what im using right? So you are saying that i should up (i.e. shadow texture from low to high) messing around with the options so i get those 700 or 800?

Thats a good idea I have seen that work before on my buddys computer. You shouldnt have no problems texture wise if your able to play more modern and resource using games

Nope. I did that, put my graphics up to 800MB, then 750 and then 700MB and textures still missing.

Ive put my setting like:

1280*1024 (60Hz)

Texture Quality High

Reflections High

Water: Low

Shadows (Day and night) Medium

Texture Filter Anisotropic x8 and then x4

Visible Distance 65 and then 45

Detail distance 50

Vehicle Density 16

Active Vsync

I'm on icenhancer 1.2 idk if has something to do with this bug.

This is how it looks like; first all ok, then some things start to disappear, and finally all of the roads and buildings are gone. It's driving me mad :(

On the 2nd image there supposed to be a lamp post, wich disappears in front of me

Use icenhancer 2.1 that came out today, see if that makes things better. There's a good chance it will.

Icenhancer or enb are too causes for that bug?

Dude, if im not bothering you with my question, could you tell me if you can play without that bug? If it is, could you tell me your settings in game, and wich enb/ice works on you, and any commandline wich works? Thank you again

I run an enb on my gtaiv copy but I don't recall which one (Vulgadrop maybe?) and I use 2 trafficflows simultaneously.

I run (as of today, it just got released) icenhancer 2.1 on my EFLC copy but I don't have any mods on it.

Yes ICenhancer 2.1 for EFLC and 1070 was released today.

Im using right now TCS and some ENB i've found and changed my road textures, i see a difference but still have the bug (not as bad as it was)

Try going in lcpdfr.ini and set preloadallmodels to true. that did the trick 4 me.

Traffic Control System works great for a while, after 15 minutes (more or less) only taxis and police cars are on the streets and no other cars are shown. Anybody knows about it?

That sounds like it isn't working. That's exactly the sort of thing it should avoid.

It could be the fact that you have a graphics mod installed. As I said, trafficflow has never had those issues for me.

mhmm, thats weird bro even without graphics mod it happens, but i don't know then why dafuq any traffic fix works :/
