Okay. I have taken a look over that. If you please, could you post a screenshot of your main directory, a mods folder (if you have it), the plugins folder, and the lspdfr folder.

Thanks!

Does RPH pop up a rage hook loading screen or does it just look like the typical vanilla loading screen? If it's the vanilla loading screen with the bottom right writing "loading story mode with rageplugin hook" then it's not loading properly. If that's the case then hold shift while opening RPH, go to game settings, select force windowed mode, after that, save and launch. You can switch it back to fullscreen in-game when you successfully load it. It should fix your problem.

@UnknownBastion It turned out to be my Mods folder, Although I wish to have the cars pack, it is the LSPD mega pack that has 9 vehicles in it, I ran the auto install with OpenIV and I don't know why the game wont work with the Mods folder, so for the mean time I have renamed mods to _mods

Sometimes OIV installs are quite unstable if the OIV was made before a game update, therefore I recommend that you use winRAR to open the OIV files, open assembly.xml to see where the contents should be placed, then replace the files by yourself.

Yeah, I would use WinRAR as well, it is the generally accepted way of dealing whit RAR files for GTA 5.

@UnknownBastion https://gyazo.com/a03b0eb7b608ae7495608b84b66fb171

Also these are the instructions I followed that came with the RAR file.

Do all of this in your Mods folder using OPEN IV

Create a new folder in your dlcpacks (locate below) and name it lspdpack
(GTA V directory)/mods/update/64x/dlcpacks and locate your latest patchday

Then drop the dlc.rpf inside the dlc.rpf into the newly create lspdpack

Next go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

and locate dlclist.xml. Once you have found it, right click and chose edit or drag it to desktop and edit.

Add this new line to the bottom of your dlclist. (Don't put it under </Path> )
<Item>dlcpacks:\lspdpack\</Item>

I followed everything it said, The game loads fine with mods folder name mods, just the cars are default and I cant seem to spawn the add on cards

Alright thanks as it is quite boring without custom vehicles.

On the file download page, when you click Links for lspd mega pack els lapd based.txt and open it.

Download the first file that has [ADDON]. Install it with openiv. (Tools>Package Installer) Spawn the vehicles with a trainer or rage console. What happens next?
