Sometimes OIV installs are quite unstable if the OIV was made before a game update, therefore I recommend that you use winRAR to open the OIV files, open assembly.xml to see where the contents should be placed, then replace the files by yourself.

Yeah, I would use WinRAR as well, it is the generally accepted way of dealing whit RAR files for GTA 5.

I got it working, was going to delete but i dont see a remove post button.

Is the path that it's looking for in your mods folder?
