Hello everyone!

I'm new here but have been watching TONS of videos online about LCPDFR MOD and i think it is great. I was thinking about getting it but before i do, do you need to have both DLC's for GTA? Does it help to have them? I haven't bought the game but was deciding if i should just buy GTA or GTA Complete edition. (I'm talking just for LCPDFR purposes not to experience the story). Thanks in advance!

P.S. I apologize in advanced if i posted in the wrong section im a n00b!
