lspd First Response crash go on duty

First Sorry for my bad english. İ install plugin in Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\lspdfr only 1 plugin it crashes but i delete plugin no problem . i think this plugin broken . İ tried another plugin same thing crashes but it is not problem playing without the plugins pls help ! There is my log file :

Does it crash when you spawn police4? Or as soon as you get on duty?

i go to police station and choose my police and car it crash  or i open console with f4 , type forceduty same issue
