Hierarchy request

hello I'm trying to convert a model of a pickup from GTA IV to GTA V and I can not, to begin with I do not know much about zmodeler3 I did what I could but I do not think the hierarchy I did was good at all, when I exported to .yft just export a file with 0kb, I need someone to do the hierarchy from 0 because the objects are already there and textures, but the hierarchy is not, or at least do a part and pass to me the file again, so I see how it did.

 

 

I learn fast, but English is not my language, all the tutorial videos I do not understand almost anything, only by image and not by what they say is very difficult to understand.

These 2 videos are about the best you gonna do on tutorials. It's how alot of people learned.

when spawn the model in gta v, it crash, I did not do the lods and COLs and some dummys they are not organized because I do not understand, that's be the reason why crashes?

 

how to apply LODs there??? idk 0 about lods
