    try adding gta v folder in the Exclusions of ur antivirus, AND the ragepluginhook.exe, not disable, just add to exclusions

    Hello bro, try this first, open ur gta v from steam, and then when u see the rockstar logo open the ragehookpluging.exe tell me if it fix ur issue
