The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

1) When I downloaded  and installed, the version is still reading as 0.3.0, and I am getting 0.3.1 update notice in police locker room. (Have used both install methods)

Have un-installed and re-installed LSPDFR, Ragehook and scripthook. I have also made a second backup of the original game folder so as to modify a clean install of the game but get the above results.

 

2) When I approach a ped with the intention of stopping them the d-pad right will not work and does not stop the ped so i cannot "ask for ID"

 

Installed with LSPDFR are:

Arrest Manager, Police smart radio, Traffic Policer, Assorted Callouts, Vocal Dispatch.
