The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So i stupidly updated, and also updated to latest Scripthook V and RAGE Plugin hook and now i am hanging and sitting at the Rage Plugin Hook loading screen forever. Waited 45+ minutes and it does nothing. Program is responding as well. Tried starting it with no plugins loaded as well, no luck.

Did you update the update.rpf in the mods folder?

Turned out to be a corrupted save game that was unable to load, can close.
