Game crashes after recent re-installation

So, I recently reinstalled my GTA V and everything that went with that, following a string of modding errors and issues, causing my game to crash, leading to re-installation being my only viable option,  as was made clear here . Long story short, my game STILL won't run....it'll launch, but it always crashes before story mode opens, no matter how I launch it, be it by launching GTA V then RPH, launching via RPH, launching GTA V and choosing story mode then launching RPH, the same thing happens every time. If anyone has a fix, I'd appreciate knowing it, as my game worked up until the 1493 update, and it was all downhill from there.
