The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I just recently switched my boot drive to an SSD and ever since my GTA V has been acting odd. I've installed a fresh game but for some reason, Rage 0.63 can't detect that I do have GTA V 1493 installed. It believes that my game isn't supported. Does anyone know why this keeps happening.

I agree. 

If you fix it,  then come back here and post how you fixed it.  Do you not realize that this thread is shown for thousands of others to see on Google for the exact same problem?
