I know I saw this somewhere, and now I can't remember and it's pissing me off. I've tried doing personas, but it's a vehicle not a ped so I felt stupid, I've tried doing suspectv.[whatever I tried to find here]. But nothings working, I'm trying to add an expired licence to a vehicle, and I completely bloody forgot

Set the personas license state to expired.

By getting the persona of the ped, then changing the Persona.LicenseState

To set suspect license expired status, use persona from LSPDFR Functions API.

To set the vehicle registration status (exp or no reg), use Traffic Policer API.
