The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi all, Firstly I am completely new to any form of mods so please keep this in mind.

I have managed to easily install LCPDFR and Rage hook and it work really well. Since then I first wanted the Computer+ installed it but apart from when I pull a car over it says press E to start Computer+. Nothing is different. Same little box comes up to enter reg details. Was expecting to see a computer type screen. Then I noticed that I needed an ELS Car, tried to install that but don't see any different cars in the police station when I go on duty, plus same spawn list is shown, nothing new. Then I wanted to try and install the police radio, config setting said to use the left side of the D pad, nothing happens.

I installed OPenIV and extracted some missing folders as advised by a kind person here but apart from seeing the folder I need. No mods will work at all. As I am a late starter on here perhaps there are other installs I need for all these to work? cant see anything in the developers instructions. Can anyone guide me.

I am happy to delete the entire game from Steam, delete the folders and start from scratch with guidance, but appropriate supporting a noob is not easy. Any advice?

Have Open IV

O/s is Win10

High end PC and Graphics card - no issues with performance at all.

What would be cool to have is ELS car, what ever that is

Computer+

Police radio

Also seen a mod where you can call the coroner and break down, that would be cool. Hopefully once I understand something basic I can then get the rest working myself.
