So I saw I needed to add +livery to the last line in vehicle.ide, but where do I get to the text? Do I use text editor,OpenIV,SparkIV... I don't know. Very confused...

This. You will have to right click on the vehicle.ide and remove the read only setting so your able to save the changes you made

But where do I find it. Under the main directory, models, what? If I click either one in the directory or models, they both show can not open, search internet for this etc. etc. P.S. I have Windows XP Service Pack 3

EDIT: None off them are read-only

Ya, didn't work...what did I do wrong. I went to where you said, found vehicle.ide, made it not read only, opened in notepad, went to very bottom, where it says "end" just after I put +livery.
