Yeah it's up here in Canada, it's a Halifax Regional Police Vehicle, that must be a photo from this past winter, and i have only seen these vehicles with 2 types of Whelen Liberty, i am trying to find an EXACT match to that of HRP, but it's impossible cause for some reason, all the light's even the headlight strobes are independant to the other light's and the secondaries are right in the lightbar itself.

Like I said, It might be a Canadian made lightbar, look up the companies up there, I had a friend from Canada show me something similar

Might be a D & R Prowler brand, but i cant tell since most of that bar is covered in that evil white stuff

I did some searching and it is a Whelen Liberty SX, Aznairsoft posted a CHP with steady burn's with a Whelen Liberty SX, it look's the exact same.

No, I've been trying to get a hold of a x2100 so I could make a cvpi with it but no one is willing to give one up. I tried making one but it didn't turn out the way I would have liked.
