Why aren’t my lights bright?

Featured Replies

So I installed visual V today and when i went in game I noticed that my emergency lights are basically dim and weren’t how they were before. I attached a picture of what they look like. I used the uninstall file in Open IV and just used the one file to revert it back to the original way but my lights still remain the same as they do in the picture and I’m not sure how to fix this.  Any suggestions?

well i have no other idea, that video is what fixed my issue

Went back in and replaced all the files with the old ones so now I’m unsure on what to do.

I’d recommend that you use some sort of visual mod, such as Better Visuals or any other recent mod that changes the visualsettings.dat file. I believe the visualsettings file that comes with VisualV is outdated and that’s why your lights are so dim. Also, when installing the visualsettings file, make sure to put it in to your mods folder after you install VisualV. Hope this helped!
