I have downloaded GTAIV recently. I next downloaded Patch 1.0.7.0. and SparkIV. I then replaced Rom. with a crown vic taxi. I then tryed to start the game and of coarse it pops up the rockstar social club thing. I then hit play insted of play offline or cancel. Once I hit play, the page disappears and then nothing happens! Any help? CHECK MY LATS POST FOR MY LATEST UPDATE!

try running it as admin

By download, do you mean downloading it without paying for it? If so, this will make a huge difference in the quality of help we can give you.

u are missing some things if u downloaded the game but i cant say what they are....

Make sure the game is running as admin if you have steam make sure steam is running as ADMIN to....

I bought it and it downloaded to my system via amazon. I will try run as admin.

it says Logon faliure: user account restriction etc. etc. but I am the computer administarator.

Okay, to get to my GTA: IV (which isn't launching) I go to launchGTAIV, then it brings me to the Social Club log-in, then If I click Play, it then brings up a GFWL window saying

So I can click link gamertag now, or remind me later. So i click remember me later, so then it closes and GTA:IV doesn't start... any help?

"Logon faliure: user account restriction" is something with Social club not the computer, and just becasue you are the computer admin doesn't mean you are. Microshit makes you think you are but you still have restrictions. Brilliant safety feature of vista and 7
