No problem

After I did all that, the lights work, but the mesh doesn't show where the dummy is (I was under the impression this is what's supposed to happen)

did you scale it down with pivot off?

I scaled it down, not with pivot off, ill try now...

 

Scaled it down with pivot off, still didnt work.

Alright, I seem to have gotten it working, but now the lights and meshes are backwards. I've tried rotating 180 degrees and all and they are still like this?
