@officerpudding78 I FINALLY FOUND THE ISSUE. It was actually my computer the whole time. I opened AVG TuneUp and ran a scan and repair on my hard drives, and when I started RAGE, it instantly loaded and worked again. I appreciate the time and help you gave me and I hope you fixed your freezing issue! 👍

    Oh whoops, I swear I put that in before everything else. Anyways, i'll try again and see if it works. My game still crashed the same way as before.
