The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have been at this for a couple days now and I'm starting to lose hope. whenever I start GTA thru RAGE, my game crashes after sitting at a straight black screen for about 30 seconds. I have reinstalled all my mods, reinstalled GTA V, and ran RAGE with and without LSPDFR and my game is just not working. Whenever I launch GTA V normally, it shows that same black screen for 30 seconds, but then proceeds to show the flashing lights and sirens of the game's startup. I am beyond lost and would like some help.

Yes, but it shows a black screen for 30 seconds, and then the rockstar splash screens start playing

Does your game work running it from Steam, instead of from Rage?

Alright, so be sure to stay signed in on steam. Locate your directory and run Rage without admin privledges, the moment you see the rage interface, click the gear in the lower left for settings. Go over a few tabs and check the box for load all plugins. Once you have done so, press save and continue.

Same crash as before.

Alright, try uninstalling lspdfr, so generally speaking, the only file you should have installed is rage. If it crashes with rage all alone in the directory, you may have to reinstall rage

It still crashed, and I've reinstalled RAGE a good 12 times and reinstalled GTA already so I am losing hope.

I see a line in your log saying "failed to retrieve d3d". I don't think that could be it but you never know

The installer says that DirectX is already installed. Should I uninstall it and reinstall it?
