The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

As the title says when it gets to be evening->early morning depending where I am half of the cars don't have any lights on. Knowing that some plugins do this I checked the two that I have installed (GTA Comes Alive, and Traffic Policer). I checked all the other plugins to see if there had an option to disable and couldn't find any. I will attach a picture with all the plugins I am using.

 

Is this a common problem, any suggestions?
