Option for the tail lights is right underneath the headlights, same thing.  Change 1 to zero.

Sometimes the authors don't allow for headlights or taillight flashers to be disabled.

How can you enable it if you play on a FiveM server? I am searching for so long do get this but i can't find it anywhere

Not true.

 

It only means that the flashing headlights and taillights are coded into the model and not the ELS settings in Zmodeler.

Not how it works.  You follow the rules that you agree to when you registered and continue using this site.  It's not that hard at all, I don't know why you're incapable of reading and following rules.

Going back to this, wig wags are not hard coded.  They are something any zmod dev can mess with when they make a car.  You bumped a topic from 2018 in order to tell me something you didn't even know for sure.
