I have this problem, after installing a car mod just like this guy:

The lights is on, and when i try to change the light, nothing happens?

    You haven't got ELS installed.

    Download from here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1764 and follow the instructions on how to install.
