The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Sirens disappear in x64

I'm trying to switch sirens and the 0x0D329446 (Wail) as well as the 0x0EA58C7C (Bullhorn) disappear once I add the .oac file to OpenIV.

 

I export the vehicles.awc as .oac, then I add the 2 listed above, as well as the SIREN_2 and POLICE_WARNING. When I put the file back in and load the game, both the SIREN_2 and POLICE_WARNING tones work, but the wail and bullhorn are not there when I export it again.

 

Did Rockstar recently change the file names for those tones?

I'm not a real EMT.
