The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello, I previously asked for help with this here and received no reply. I have LSPDFR and RageHook (latest versions) installed correctly, yet when I launch GTA V through RageHook, the police stations do not appear on the screen, although RHP is active. I have removed all of the other mods I attempted to install before, and re-downloaded LSPDFR and RageHook, yet the same result. If anyone has a possible solution for this, please pass it along. I've been working at this on and off for over a month. Below are screenshots of my GTA V Folder for reference.
