The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My apologies, nativetrainer.asi is what you wanted.  F4 should open the console.  Are you starting GTA V via RagePluginHook.exe?

Giordano is right. If you don't start GTA from rage you can't be able to go on duty.
