I know there are TONS of other posts, but im honestly stumped.

people say to take out plugins and see what happens, its the same when i have plugins installed. As soon as I go on duty I drop to 35 fps, and dont go back up. I run gta maxed at 60fps (can go higher with out VSync)

 

specs:

R5 1500x 3.6GHz

EVGA 1070 SC

16gb 2800MHz RAM

 

cpu is only at 20% load while playing lspdfr, nothing is being pushed to the max.
