    You can make any vehicle drive around the city as if it was a police vehicle.

    Just go in to your cargrp.dat file and go down to the # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS group. You will see all the names of the police vehicles in the game.

    Normally, you will see police and police2 in the first two slots. Replace those two with the names of any car you want to replace them with.
