Do you have Keep Calm script? It's a power hog, get rid of it if you do have it. There is currently a better alternative of Make Peds Calm Again.

I removed that one I did hear that was a powerhog, thank you. Ok I even removed all the cusom maps  it made 5 fps difference and I had a lot of ymaps!!!! omg its definitely on the loading of the plugins.  Oh I did try different nvidia drivers, is there one better than the other ??

No, the drivers stopped changing anything for GTA in the longest time probably now, it's quite an "old" game.  For me deleting Keep Calm gave me bigger boost of +10 fps at least and in the most populater areas probably +15fps. So it's weird it only gave you 5 fps. I have heard albo's plugins take lots of power as well, especially Arrest Manager, that's what I heard at least.

Yes they did make a difference but it was only about 7 FPS   I cant even hit 10. Its just doesnt seem to be focused on one particular plugin. I see  that people with monster machines are getting these drops too!! was thinking could be hardware!!

Ok So my question is , the rendering of video is constructed by essential the whole computer cpu ram gpu? or what has the most power to render ? So when the plugins load they may not be active but do they load into ram?? Educate me

Mostly it's your GPU, but if for example your CPU is bottlenecking you, you are done for. I would say some strong i5 (with some OC) is more than enought for GTA 5. 8 GB of RAM is enough as well. Now if you want to have lots of scripts you will need more of course. I have i5 2500k on 4,6GHz, R9280X and 8GB RAM, I have lots of plugins and I play on 30 fps (which is enough for me for such type of a game). What PC do you have and do you have a full list of all the mods you use?

Unfortunately I'm having the same issue.

Running GTA V on the same laptop as always, but decided to play again with this version.

Having the latest RPH, Scripthook and ScripthookDotNet installed, which work kinda fine.

Only when LSPDFR is loaded, I'm getting bad stutterings, sounds etc work normal in "real time", just the image rubberbands somehow for me. In previous versions (don't know when I played last time) it worked fine.

Ya this sucks  tried a complete uninstall of drivers, no luck , nothing!!!    Im looking for a magic workaround here my rig is an amd black box gtx 970 8 ram   i played before !!

Hey there @bcc4123, I'm not sure if this can help you, but I solved it on my end.

I got so annoyed, that I disabled almost everything... with O&O ShutUp10 I also disabled Windows Defender....which somehow fixed my stuttering issue.

Maybe Kaspersky and Windows Defender had some issues, although Microsoft thinks that Windows Defender doesn't cause issues, so it is always activated on a Windows 10.

GTA 5 is now running again at ~30fps. (which is kinda good for used settings and my laptop)
