The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi all. My game is working fine. Quick question, how do you change controls on the game? I am using a Xbox controller linked via my computer which works fine but can’t see any edit files to edit controls to change button configuration to my liking. I did look for the LCDPFR.ini file but I haven’t got this folder.

You can't change the controls on a controller.  You can change the GTA controls on keyboard and it'll change the keyboard controls.
