So Installed Radiance and Visual V, 

My graphics are maxed to the highest settings.

Yet no matter what car I download, the lights are extremely dull.

I went as far as uninstalling my game completely and reinstalling everything, and still nothing works.

And I even have trouble getting some cars to show up.

 

The sirens work when I press J and I can the lights flashing on the tail lights, its the lightbar on top I can't see anything.

Edit: Sorry I didn't see all the other threads about this until now, and I read somewhere not to hi-jack other people's posts.

Use the native trainer or simple trainer and change the vehicles tint. Thats usually the cause. Certain vehicles spawn with really dark tint and it will effect the light bar as well.

I gave that a try and and it didn't work unfortunately.But thank you =)

I uninstalled and then reinstalled ASI loader and openIV ASI  under tools and then ASI manager and restarted the computer right away and it worked like a charm, hope this helps

I tried that as well last night, it didn't work.Thanks for the suggestion! =) At this point I gave up and just removed the cars and ELS.

I finally got the lights fixed, but now the sirens and such don't work with controller even though its set to true.
