Everything in my game is really really bright, Taxi lightbar, police lights etc. I don't know what caused it though.

Any solution?

Probably RadianceV, Bright Lights, or some other mod.

For the taxi sign issue, go to the Bright Lights file and look in the comments, someone provided an image which fixes the brightness.

For bright police lights, open OpenIV and go to mods-->update-->update-->common-->data.

Extract "visualsettings.dat" to your desktop and open it.  Find "car.default", you'll see car.defaultlight.emissive.day and .emissive.night.

Lower the night value  a bit, then save.

Now click "edit mode" in OpenIV, drag and drop the edited visualsettings to the same place you got it.

Click edit mode again.  Now go in game and see how it looks.
