Okay, I'm pretty sure I said don't install any other mods until you can confirm LSPDFR and RPH ran correctly, did your game fully load with just those 2 installed? Could you go on duty as a cop? Did you confirm this?

1. Why do I see OpenIV, a mods folder, ELS? What is in the mods folder and did you install anything via OpenIV?

2.  Why do you have a shortcut to RagePluginHook in your GTAV Folder? Shortcuts go on the Desktop, not in the folder.

If it was working fine before adding in things, then something you added recently is the cause of your problems.

Rename your mods folder temporarily to _mods  and relaunch RPH and see if it fixes the issue.

Always remember when something starts acting funny or crashing, just go back to what you last installed and start there for troubleshooting.

no worries. I suggest you remove whatever car files you've added in and use Albo1125s Modding DLC Pack V to install cars, weapons, peds.  The mod comes with a PDF ReadMe File with links and instructions to replace current car slots or create new ones. Also, includes YT Links with video tutorials for adding/replacing in cars. If you watch the videos, you can follow along and pause along the way as you do the steps on your end.

Its an OIV FIle, so i use the Openiv package installer right?

First, Make sure you've fixed your mods folder, remove those car files then rename it back from _mods to mods. Test the game to ensure it loads properly before doing anything else.

Once that is confirmed fixed then you can install/use Albos Modding DLC Pack V

I know this is going to seem lengthy, but what I suggest is you watch the following videos in the order I link them to be sure you're doing everything properly with not only OpenIV, but the mods folder and Albo1125s Modding DLC Pack V.

1.

2.

Then once you've watched and followed along and verified you've done everything correctly, then proceed with adding/replacing cars using Modding DLC Pack V.

You can however do things your own way. I am just making a suggestion. At this time I will say Good luck to you since we got your game working now. I'm going to go and help others if I can.

Just be careful, follow the tutorials and read the ReadMe docs that come with these mods/plugins.

If you run into any further issues, just post what the issue is and hopefully someone will come along and assist you.
