Well uninstall it from programs and features under the control panel. Then remove all the folders and files associated with LSPDFR and RPH from where you currently have it sitting. When you go to reinstall GTAV, it should show you a path its attempting to install to. If you want you can screenshot it, post it here and someone here can tell you if its good or not. by default my GTAV for Retail installed into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\ This doesn't mean you can't install it elsewhere, but if you're not experienced enough, don't change the path. Unless someone assists you with that.

When you get to the point of reinstalling GTAV, just post a screenshot here of where its wanting to install to before you click okay and wait for someone to look at it.

Could ya help?

so when I have GTA Installed, I need to make 3 folders right? Mods, Plugins, and Scripts. So what do I put in what folder?

1. You only need to create a mods folder if you plan on using OpenIV.

2. Same goes for a Scripts Folder, unless you plan on using ScriptHookVDotNet.

3. You don't need to create a Plugins Folder because LSPDFR comes with a Plugins folder.  The only 2 files that should initially be in that folder are

LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb

Don't worry about mods folder and Scripts folder just yet. Remember what I told you above.

After a fresh reinstall of GTAV, then install LSPDFR 0.3.1 (manually) Then install the newest RPH version 0.61. After you've done that, launch RPH and make sure everything works before adding in any other mods.

So verify the base mod works before adding in anything new.

Also post  a screenshot of your entire GTAV Folder so we can see the path and files. Post a screenshot of your Plugins Folder as well.

Again please do not add anything new until you've verified the game launches without problems. The other things you've asked about, worry about those later.

1. Install LSPDFR 0.3.1 Manual installer first.

Then go to

2.  https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx and download/install the newest RagePluginHook 0.61.1204.14469 (When you go to install RPH its going to ask if you want want to overwrite files, say YES)

Read the ReadMe documents for both when installing. If you're confused about what its telling you to do. Let me know.

Once that is done, screenshot the entire GTAV Folder again

Once done, screenshot your Plugins Folder for me please.

Do you have all of the Requirements installed for RPH? Reinstall these below 3 requirements below to be sure. Once done, restart your PC and proceed to the steps #2 and #3

1.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

2. Also, add your entire Grand Theft Auto V folder to your Anti Virus exceptions list.

3. After, you've done the above, relaunch RPH
