Was playing LSPDFR near the Alamo Sea, and I went to a call out for "Vehicles usual occupants wanted" so upon pulling the car over, he took off on me, about 3 seconds later there was 3 black dots on the screen, one was a dirtbike, the other 2 were cars, one looked like the armoured up charger, all 3 chased me down shooting at me.
Someone got a lucky headshot and killed me so I wasnt able to kill them and get a decent look at what they were driving.

Anyone else have this happen?

I believe that is part of the callout. There's another callout in which the passenger of the vehicle can call for reinforcements/
