Sigh, I'll take this one fellas.

You can't just "upload" a picture into IV and expect it to turn into a working car model.

You need to either make the model yourself, find one for download or convert it from another game, and trust me, its not easy.

As Kevin knows through my spamming of problems, modeling is not for those who lack patience. I've almost thrown my project out of the window many times these past few weeks as it can be plagued by numerous bugs and errors (such as RC20 and textures out of place).

Not to be offensive, but judging by the way you've structured your sentences and asked how to install a .jpeg into a video game, I would give modeling a miss and just look for a pre-made one (if any)
