I've reset my computer twice, and have tried allowing ragehook to run as administrator, but still getting the insufficient permissions or bad anti virus message. I've tried launching ragehook by starting ragehook, as well as starting GTAV then alt-tab and open ragehook and still not able to get LSPDFR to launch. I have no errors coming from my Albo troubleshooter. Any more ideas i purchased this computer to play this game and its getting very frustrating.

Have you guys tried to add it through Windows Defender and what ever the other Anti Virus you guys have? There is an exclusion thing in all AV programs, maybe that could fix it. In Windows Defender press Virus & Threat Protection > Virus & Threat Protection Settings > Add or Remove Exlusion. Then just add the GTA V folder, do the same for the other AV program you have if it's Malware or something else 

Yep, that did nothing for me. I've been on the Discord for rage multiple times and I've tried all the solutions that usually do the trick. No luck.

I've finally got the game working..i think it was because i didn't have directx11 selected to start in the rage setup...now just gotta get ELS working and figure out how to use the controls!

There you go, good one. Hope you enjoy LSPDFR to it's fullest, tip on ELS though, just leave it like it is. Way easier to just play as it is, but I believe ctrl+P open the ELS control

I can't even get the lights to turn on using j, or the controller left d pad...I'm pretty sure i havent set it up correctly just yet..i'm trying to follow the instructions provided in the download but, its a bit over my head apparently. I'll figure it out eventually i think.

when you launch ragehook, let it get to the point it says launching through steam, then click the settings gear, go over to game settings, then command line switches, then make sure directx 11 is selected, and to start out...make sure you have force windowed mode.

But you did get it to work then? If not do let me know cause for me it works just fine, also you'll notice that the ELS lights on the vehicle mods you get could be a bit dim. Get this mod to make lights brighter and more intense overall throughout the whole game

I cannot get it to work...I've loaded els.ini and the other file to my root gtav folder, and i've used open IV to replace the files in the mods folders...yet when i open the game...i get nothing....pic 2 showing the skin installed for fbi2....yet when i open it, nothing happens

Have you added the XML files into your folder ELS > pack_default, located in your main directory?

i did...it turns out i forgot to copy over advancedhook! fml

yes it does thank you! Now just need to learn ALLL the controls and stuff lol

are you trying to just start the game with bare bones? With only the game mod and not any other mods? Also do you have windowed mode selected as well?

Yes to both. The game works but rph wont.  Getting the same error that started this thread

hmmm...have you used albos troubleshooter program?

I have. It says nothing is wrong

Still stuck with this bug. Any advice? I just want to play lspdfr
