Haalp! The RPH im not sure is giving me a real trouble, but anyway. If I use the albo troubleshooter it tells me the the albo commo is out of date, when updated the game ill crash right after going on duty

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

That indicates there's another issue.  Does Rage work at all, or Smart Radio?

Rage doesnt show, most of cmds seem to not work, but I can spawn cars. Smart radio doesnt work, but I found that Traffic Policer is not working neither something about a not supported version.

I'd try reinstalling RagePluginHook.  It almost sounds like the install might've been corrupt/incorrect.

 

Smart Radio and Traffic Policer are both by Albo, and some of his mods are not updated.  This wouldn't hinder Rage from working, though.

I'm having the same problem.  Smart Police Radio stopped working a few days ago.  I tried to reinstall it.  I can only get the panic, plate and ped check buttons to work, nothing else.  Today when I started the game, I got the same notification that Albo's common file, traffic policer and arrest manager all have updates, but when I checked, there are none.  So far, traffic policer and arrest manager still seem to be working for me, but without the radio.

Nevermind.  Albo did put out updates to everything.

just got that notif, you know if everything is working in GTA 1,42?  gonna check it on monday

I'm still having issues getting my radio working.  Still can't get any other buttons from other plugins.  I'm playing around with it now

So, lspdfr works, RpH works (console doesnt show -even windowed, borderless and forcing DX11-), arrest manager works, traffic policer works but when you install the radio, traffic policer freezes the game as soons as you  go on duty. If you have arrest manager and the radio, the radio just dont work (traffic policer is required), if you have traffic policer and arrest manager (without radio) everything works and if you have TP+AM+the radio the thing freeze when you go on duty

Try this:
Make sure your plugins are all up to date. 

 

Afterwords make sure you have set your RAGE to Direct X11 and fored windowed mode + "Launch LSPDFR on startup" (do not set it to borderless window). 

Then check if you have any Trainer binded to your F4 botton. If so please change it to ect. F2, so it won't overrule your RAGE console botton which is by default F4. 

Last thing, check your commandline.txt. It can be found in your GTA V directory. (The folder is probably named "Grand Theft Auto V") In there you should only find one line saying: 
-DX11 -windowed

 

If there is anything else in there, drag the file to your desktop -> make a copy of it -> delete everything in there -> put it back in to your GTA V file directory -> Launch RAGE -> Press the setting botton as soon as it boots up -> uncheck DX11 and force window mode -> save it -> check DX11 and force window mode again -> save again. Then launch your RAGE and see if anything works as it should. 

 

Worked for me after trying a lot of things.
