Here is a list of mods that I use.: cop holster , eup menu , lspd first response , traffic control , ar car parks , arrest manager , assorted callouts , atempted for crime callouts , automatic roadblocks , better ems , callout manager , code red for callouts , computer plus , law callouts , lp callouts , lspdfr plus , lspdfr 1033 , misc callouts , oj callouts , oj scenarios , peteru callouts , police search , police for smart radio , status menu , traffic policer and installed skins and that doesn't affect itself. This thread is posted again because I can't find the old one.

you got a pretty decent pc. I got similar spec with lower gfx (I have gtx1060 6GB) but I'm having stable 60fps (with vsync on and all settings to very high, except grass to high only)

try to disable all plugins then add 1 or 2 plugins at a time. test it on each iterations to see what plugin is the culprit.

Hello.

I just made some adjustments to my game and found that disabling ambient events in all call outs but one (I chose Assorted Callouts) made a huge difference.

when using mods it puts a lot of strange on the cpu,  peteru callouts is unstable  i  also would turn off sync v  that should improve it  fps abit

also your cpu is only max at 3.6ghz with all the dlls on there it will be pushing this to the max eg that's y your frames are reduced

but i would do some long manual checks remove all the call-outs apart from assorted call-outs  and try that you should see the difference

this one is a big cpu user oj scenarios
