The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You can't really charge them, that isn't implemented into LSPDFR.  With LSPDFR+ by Albo, there is a court system.  However, you do nothing in terms of charging them.  All it does is show you what they were charged with.

I suggest using Computer+ it allows you to create an arrest report and has you list the crimes similar to how police type up a criminal complaint in real life. The report is completely useless but it really helps to enhance the Roleplay.
