The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

RagePluginHook won't hook

So, I've installed GTA on my E: drive, and it has ran perfectly with Scripthook V and every mod I have installed. But when I try running RagePluginHook (admin or not) it just ends up with the "Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus" error. I have already excluded it from my Antivirus (Windows Defender), but still not working.

I've been having the same issue with a working copy of LSPDFR, since the latest GTA 5 Online update. I'm new to LSPDFR, and by no means an expert, perhaps a Mod or someone in the know can comment on the matter, but I believe what's happening on your LSPDFR install, as well as my copy, while Rage Hook Plugin is up to date now, the Script Hook V hasn't been updated yet.

That's what's needed to run everything properly. We simply have to wait for the new Script Hook V update to release.

How did you install GTA? Is this a Rockstar Warehouse or Steam copy?

It's a retail copy, during installation I chose my second drive, where it is now. The only mod requiring RagePluginHook is EUP Menu, I haven't installed LSPDFR yet. I have also tried deleting the files from ScriptHook in case it was interfering (being it is out of date) but no luck.
