The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

WELL, you all are lucky. Mines is installed. I can hear it when I press the command but I cant physically see it on my screen. It's invisible. If that makes sense.
