I have been trying to add cars to my game to no help. I dont know where what goes where, every file i see theres police2 and etc listed but when i load my its still basic old car that comes with the game, i cant even put a livery on. Can i get some help step by step plz

I absolutely recommend this mod here by Albo1125. The page has an installation tutorial linked. Once you install this, ALL vehicle models (as in police2) will go here. Once you're more comfortable with that, you can then start adding vehicles that require a .meta file as well, in the same folder. Let me know if you need more assistance.

 

 

Also, give the following a read;
 

I'd suggest you Install the Vehicles into 'patchday16ng'. Reason being, it's both the latest and most current "override" archive. The rest should be fairly straight forward.

I have installes them into patchday16 which was successful, i had added liveries to them via the ytd file but simple trainer doesnt let me choose my liveries, how can that be fixed?

Look in the vehicles.meta and make sure the cars have the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the section where the other flags are listed. 

Thats for police, but the trainer still isn't recognizing it.
